There are two bed and breakfast bedrooms within the manor with king and queen size beds. The self-contained accommodation has 3 bedrooms: 1 x queen bed, 1 x 2 super single beds and 1 x queen bed also with a single bed (sleeps 7 in total). All rooms are non-smoking.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). A cancellation fee of 20% applies to all bookings. For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival booking refunds will be refunded a further 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
Conditions of Use
No smoking in house (if any rooms smell of smoke a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to your account).
No pets inside house.
If any item in the rooms get damaged or are missing a replacement fee will be charged.
A cleaning fee will be charged if rooms are left dirty and/or if linen is stained.
