   Congratulations on your website. We just want to mention that we stay at Flaxton Manor everytime we come to Christchurch and have always been impressed with the surroundings, and how Gay makes us feel welcome, like a part of her family.
   We would recommend Flaxton Manor to everyone who wants both luxury and tranquil surroundings.

   AFFORDABLE LUXURY – Have stayed twice at Flaxton Manor while traveling for business and would highly recommend this b & b to anyone. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the cooked breakfast a total treat! After our busy daily schedule we find it so easy to relax with a stroll through the property. Peaceful and yet so handy to the city – Thank you for your hospitality – we will definitely return.

   My wife Pam finds all our accommodation when we go away and when she showed me the website here for Flaxton Manor, we both loved what we saw.

   Now we’ve stayed here for 3 nights, we can say the reality is as good as the pictures. Actually better. The peace and quiet… the free broadband internet… the comfy beds… it’s all been great. And Gay is so friendly and helpful.

   A top spot. So we’re coming back after we have a few days in Queenstown, before we return home to Oz.

   Gorgeous accomodation, absolute luxury and privacy. Spent 4 nights here and will definately be returning. Gay a wonderful friendly people person.

   We can’t thank you enough Gay. With all the chaos getting married only a few days after the Chrsitchurch Earthquake we were so pleased to come across you and your beatiful accommodation. You were absolutely wonderful from the start.
   We had an amazing stay on our wedding night, it was so lovely to come home to candlelight and soft music playing (thank you thank you!!). It was so nice to wake up as newlyweds to such beautiful surroundings and your cooked breakfast was divine!.
   I would highly recommend anyone to stay at your lovely accomodation. Your immaculate grounds and home made for absolutely stunning wedding photos.
   Thank you for being a part of our special day and helping to make it perfect.

   For four weeks, this was home for us. Thank you Gay. You made us feel so welcome under very trying circumstances. Great location, great facilities, great people. We couldn’t ask for more.

   We were so pleased we could still stay with you when arrangements for the Rugby World Cup games changed; following your tragic earthquake in Christchurch.

   I will remember when we found your home the exhilaration at the location, beautiful grounds and the grand Manor. The special touches you have make it 5 Star class and we felt very spoilt. Certainly we would say the best BnB we have stayed in with our travels overseas and in NZ. Congratulations on your terrific BnB; we will definitely come back with family if in NZ. The options of rooms and self contained area would suit beautifully. Take care, so nice to meet you both.
